Kaela Golden Thread Collage
Golden Thread: Kaela Malaki | Divined January 2026
Cards: Renewal, Instability reversed (Elemental Alchemist Oracle); Five of Coins, Three of Knives, The Lovers (Black Tarot); Hod, Ogma (Goddesses Gods and Guardians Oracle); Vulture, Owl (Wild Unknown Animal Spirit Oracle); Bear (Erica's Lenormand of Hope); Creative Power (The Lantern Oracle); The Tower (The Muse Tarot); Simplicity (The Awakened Soul Oracle); Kapwa, Lim'a Ng Balat (Kapwa Tarot).
A storm sky burning orange and gold fills the entire upper field of the piece, with multiple bolts of white lightning branching and striking across it. At the center, a vintage sepia photograph of a Filipino woman sits at a traditional loom, weaving, her body grounded in vivid turquoise water beneath the storm. Rocky island formations rise on both sides in the background. A vulture flies wide-winged through the upper left of the storm. A white owl moves through the lightning on the right. A bear stands in shadow against the rocky landscape on the left. A gold circle traces around the central figure. The Ang Panalangin ng Kapwa, the Kapwa prayer, layers across the storm in typewritten text throughout the piece, and the full prayer is printed below the image. Ogham script marks the lower left and right edges.
The reading relayed that Kaela's own culture, Ancestral lineage, and creative power are all present and available at once, the Kapwa prayer woven through the storm because the truth of interconnection is present even when it cannot be fully seen. Hod called for facing what has been avoided, Ogma called for tending the power of one's own words, and the Lim'a Ng Balat asked that the waters of the soul be allowed to do the healing that only they can do. The woman at the loom holds her place in the storm, grounded in the water, the Ancestral tradition of weaving alive in her hands.
