Community Day of Dreaming - June 2026

from $333.00

In-person | 6 to 6.5 hours | Small, intimate group

A Day of Dreaming is an intimate, in-person creative gathering co-facilitated and divined by Nyasha Williams and Frankie Castanea. This gathering invites you to step into rediscovery: of yourself, your ancestral creative practices, and your own embodied definitions of protection, abundance, and justice.

We gather this June under the guidance of ancestral weavers, sewists, and makers who held their communities through thread and symbol. Together, we will move through smoke cleansing, ceremonial handwash, somatic journaling, communal meals, and symbol-based embroidery and punch needle work, crafting individual and communal pieces that redefine what it means to be protected, resourced, and just.

No sewing experience is required. Only your presence and your willingness to explore.

Your registration includes:

6 to 6.5 hours of guided, communal creative practice

A small, intentionally held group

All core creative materials (needle, thread, punch needle tools, embroidery materials)

Communal breakfast and lunch

A digital copy of the custom Christina Ifurung sound bath recording created for the specific Community Day of Dreaming, used during the gathering

A piece of stitchwork or embroidery cultivated in community to continue at home

A personal custom sound bath track delivered digitally after the gathering

A physical collage, intuitively created by Nyasha and mailed to you post-event to support integration

Location details will be shared privately with registered participants 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.

If you feel called to weave, to remember, and to rediscover alongside a small community of dreamers, you are welcome here.

Important Notes

Space is limited and intentionally small

This is a creative gathering, not therapy or clinical care

No prior sewing or embroidery experience is needed

Accessibility details will be shared once the location is confirmed

Exact address will be sent privately to registered participants

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All event purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be:

  • Gifted to another person, or

  • Transferred to a future Community Day of Dreaming gathering (subject to availability)

Because these gatherings are intentionally small and carefully held, thank you for honoring this policy when registering.
